Originally designed to be nothing more than a testbed for the newest rotor mechanism, the ‘Fleetfoot’ is an extremely maneuverable and insanely fun tilt-jet, capable of precise attitude control way below stall speed thanks to its J20-based control system. Compared to its CTR predecessors, the rotating assembly is enlarged and bulkier to accommodate THREE engine positions, rather than two. This also allows it to actuate under full afterburner conditions and high-Gs with a failure rate >10%. Current practical uses are nonexistent.
A stock aircraft called TTR-5 ‘Fleetfoot’. Built with 157 of the finest parts, its root part is probeStackSmall.
Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.2.2.
