Description
Any HTV-derived space station would need communications and electric power for that type of space station. To make it possible, JAXA and MHI developed a new type of HTV-derived spacecraft to provide this function. The second HTV in the HTV-derived space station’s assembly sequence, it is launched by a H-IIB rocket, and the HTV power and communications module performs a rendezvous with the first HTV. It is captured by the robotic arm shortly thereafter. With this module in mind, you can go on YouTube or Disney+ via the JDRS satellites, ESA’s EDRS satellites, or even NASA’s TDRS satellites, all using lasers and wireless communication methods without worrying about waiting for a ground station!
A mod rocket called HTV power and communications module. Built with 27 of the finest parts, its root part is HTV.PLC.
Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.12.5.
