The Ka-34 was a projected heavy-lift turbo-prop-powered rotary-wing aircraft by Kamov Design Bureau. The design featured two coaxial rotors mounted side-by-side on wings with four contra-rotating turboprops underneath for forward flight. Little is known of this aircraft, but photos of a model exist in several places. This version has two panthers for forward thrust to keep part count down.
