It uses a single juno to drive the input shaft at 28rad/s and gearing reduces that down to 7rad/s at the output. Interestingly the input shaft connected to the paddle directly with all the gears removed only turns the paddle at 5rad/s.

A stock aircraft called 4:1 paddle. Built with 143 of the finest parts, its root part is Size3LargeTank.
