An ATV eight wheeler. Meant for shuttling 2-3 Kerbals between bases or to and from various hard-to-reach places. RCS is for airborne control if you go flying over a hill on a planet with low gravity. Be warned, it eats through battery really fast, so I simply stuck more battery packs onto it. In a straight line under direct sunlight, it can run at full speed and charge the batteries slowly. Full speed turning however will make the batteries go.
Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.2.2.
