After messing around in our sandbox spaceflight simulator, we relized that the Infadte (Infrared Asteroid Detection Telescope) couldn’t quite be built with our current tech, but this is pretty close to the Ideal thing.

Notes:

• Make sure the antennae are set to Require complete
• It has a lot of spare delta-v after it reaches Eve-ish orbit, so I’m pretty sure that it can go even further

A stock rocket called Infadte I. Built with 42 of the finest parts, its root part is probeCoreOcto.v2.

Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.12.5.
