A stock rocket called HECS II. Built with 62 of the finest parts, its root part is probeCoreHex.v2.

Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.12.5.

Notes:

• It can do KEO perfectly, and in theory, it should be able to do mun or minmus flybys (or lithobrakey landings), or even Kerbol orbit.
• Due to the fact it uses the HECS core, it can only hold pro/retrograde and regular SAS, so its kind of hard to get it to follow maneuvers
