Description
A stock rocket called Space Station Beta. Built with 348 of the finest parts, its root part is dockingPort2.
Space Station Beta is the second scientific space station operated by CHLB Inc. It uses a modular approach allowing greater flexibility in it’s design and allowing for expansion in the future if needs be. By using a modular design, it allows the components to be sent up in sections unlike the all-in-one Space Station Alpha. Each component can be sent into orbit using a Griffin AX Rocket, and using the OM-SU (Orbital Module - Service Unit) to rendezvous and dock with existing components.
Space Station Beta has been designed to accommodate up to 8 Kerbals with 6 extra docking ports for Crew Ferry’s, Cargo Resupply and as a staging point for mission in the Kerbin Sphere of Influence.
Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.2.2.
