Description

The next generation shuttle building off what made the Icarus successful Kraken Tech. Aethon, using the same engines from the Icarus, Kraken Drive dubbed the G-KD (G-11 Hinge Kraken Drive) using 6 LY-05 Wheels and 2 G-11 Hinges, give a lightweight Anti gravity support lift to boost craft from every planetary body.

The key difference here is that there is now spaced one in the front and in the back making very stable incline.

Also using same hybrid Zompi Kraken Drive to allow SSTO capabilities and Interstellar Travel. Upgrade with extra ports

Action Groups

Main Throttle: Raise to 100% (manually do not use key Z) to activate G-KD Drive (needed to get off high gravity bodies) works as a Anti Gravity VTOL
AG1: Toggle Z-PK Drive
AG2: Toggle undock clamp (use this if the Z-PK drive gets accidently attached at high G)
AG3: Toggle Solar Panels
AG4: Toggle Ladder and lights

Flight Instructions

• Press 1 to gain speed and then throttle up to 100% climb manually to a table 12,000+ feet

• Right click MK2 CLAMP-O-TRON that’s near COM and choose Control from here.

• Set to Radial out and keep climbing until your accelerating faster
  once your out of atmosphere and traveling near 800-1000 m/s.

• Cut off acceleration by dethrottling and toggling AG 1 off when you map heading shows you slight above your desired apoapsis (I recommend around a extra 1,000 or 5,000 meters)

• Right click MK2 CLAMP-O-TRON that’s near COM again and choose Control from here.

• Set to Radial out and turn your acceleration back on. Keep accelerating faster until you achieve circular orbit.

• Do this on every planet high gravity planet. much easier flight on low gravity planetary bodies.
