Description
A mod aircraft called Konvair B-36. Built with 66 of the finest parts, its root part is M3X.InlineCockpit.
This aircraft is a recreation of the Convair B-36 Peacemaker. It’s powered by 10 engines, six of them rear-facing propellers and the other four being jet engines. This thing has a lot of engine power, and a very impressive range.
It features a bomb bay that runs nearly the entire length of the fuselage. I highly recommend BDArmory so you can put some bombs in there, but I didn’t include any parts from it, just in case you don’t have it and still want the plane.
I set up two action groups. Action group 1 opens and closes the bomb bay. I left it open by default so you can put stuff in there without having to open all 10 segments separately in the SPH. Action group 2 toggles the jet engines. They’re on by default to assist in takeoff. Once you’re at cruising altitude, shut them off to get a little more fuel efficiency. It’s not a huge difference, but it might come in handy.
Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.3.0.
