Victor IV is a specialized transporter for the Limpet midget submersible.
Uses my Subnautica dive controller. Simply download this one part and place it in e.g. GameData/Hotel26/Submariner/
Land on the water surface (< 60 m/s) to launch Limpet.
Use the Subnautica controller (which entirely coincidentally looks like a KAL 1000) to flood and vent the ballast tanks. Neutral buoyancy may be found around the 560 Oreo mark.
Pin open the 3 ballast tanks and use Resource Transfer to trim the vessel. It’s easy. And it’s fun!
The sub may be redocked inside Victor IV.
Deploy the hydrofoil for water departure.
