for use inside the fairing of Minimus as a retrievable second stage.

A second-stage lifter called Puffing Billy. Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.11.2.

Quite uninteresting and non-descript by itself, but potentially(?) an essential element in my boost hierarchy. Puffing Billy is intended for use inside the fairing of the light-weight Minimus lifter, to operate either as additional fuel supply or, more likely, a recoverable second-stage.

NOTES:

• It has very limited battery storage, so it ought to be put into hibernation until its turn for de-orbiting arrives.
• If the Minimus is being jettisoned before circularization (likely), it will not need the fuel in its donut reserve; check Resources LF (top-right), pin the tank open, uncheck Resources; open the Puffing Billy tank; hover the cursor over Resources LF again to fully re-open the reserve tank and then pump out the fuel. The Minimus will generally use some (no more than half, as a rule of thumb) of the Puffing Billy supply, so this can be done on the coast to AP.
