A Kontrol tower providing docking for up to four aircraft. Fuel and pax may be exchanged.

CAUTION: Kontrol has not yet been warranteed against Kraken attack!
Use at your own risk and [F5] quick save is recommended before docking.
I use Mod-F12 Set Position to move it to the approximate position desired and then VesselMover to adjust.
Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.11.2.
