A stock VTOL air-sea-rescue/accident-investigation VTOL called Kestrel H6. Built in the KSP 1.7.3 SPH with 34 stock parts.
This is based on the Illustrious Scarecrow88’s original Kestrel and is repurveyed here with His Excellently Kind and Most Gracious Consent. BEWARE: Kestrel is a complete jet-blast to fly!! Please do check out Scarecrow88’s many other notable inventions!!
My own contributions are dismally minimal amounting principally to the installation of the GoHover[tm] avionics control system, augmenting controllability with a VERT reference for discretionary use with SAS Radial Out. Making it a cinch to get into even the tightest parking space…
Turbo-thrust (AG5) from the Panther is highly recommended at all times.
