I built this fuel truck for Tylo (of all places) but it should work anywhere.
The stern Papa
dock means it can be mounted vertically in a rocket stack for launch to space.
The Mama
top dock means that an empty Jumbuck can be deorbited and deposited on the surface by, e.g. a Spider for the lightweight moons or by a Tycho crane (coming soon) for the heavyweights.
Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.11.2.
