A fuel truck named JET-A. Built in the KSP 1.11.2 SPH with 25 stock parts.

Use [IK] to raise/lower the fuel boom. Reverse it in under your target craft and then raise it to connect.

5,800 LF and 600 OX…

You may find you prefer to have the tractor’s rear bogey steering as well.

Driver embarks through the rear hatch but may need to get out via the roof.

JET-A is intended for use at large airports. It will periodically fill up at an airport fuel dump and then relocate to e.g. a jet terminal, to there refuel jets as needed. Rather than move the truck, craft can visit the truck, retract the nose gear to connect with the fuel boom resting on the ground and then refuel. For some larger jet aircraft, the truck may need to move out for fueling and then back to provide clearance to the departing craft.
