An updated Eel, released separately. Built in the KSP 1.7.3 SPH with 17 stock parts.
For water refueling. Sometimes, in the water can be the easiest place to dock for fuel.
I use my own Aquarius to fly these into a site and then air-drop it into a lake or near a shore. Aquarius then lands and taxis into the water to act as the Eel’s mother-ship for its own refueling. Makes the perfect Air-Sea Rescue base (Every Lake and Every Shore
). But I have not yet updated that craft to carry this latest Eel…
Running speed: 20 m/s.
I’ve improved the maneuverability and slightly reduced the all-up weight. Carries LF only: 900 kallons.
