Firstly, my gratitude to swjr-swis for another fine collaboration.

Secondly, this is what I class as a commuter. No cockpit and no pilot. The class presumes some facilities at source and destination for dis/embarkation (e.g. Tourist Hut Jr). (In the Mk1 format, that also means the passengers are entombed for the duration of the flight; probably OK for cut-rate airline operations, only.)

Thirdly, note that Echelon Lux is capable of aquatic operations.

And here are the numbers: 528m/s @10.6km for 7364 m/kallon.

And here are the new numbers (V3c): 550 m/s @ 11.5km for 8820 m/kal.

Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.12.4.
