A stock rocket called Cruise. Built with 55 of the finest parts, its root part is dockingPortLarge.

Cruise shell is a concept craft. Use orbital or sub-orbital delivery to get in the neighborhood. Then let Cruise navigate you to a pin-point target. Release your cargo under chutes. With some practice you may be able to achieve an average 25m target placement.

Place your payload atop the central 2.5m fairing of the shell. Adjust wing position for aerodynamic balance (CoM/CoL). Place it all atop your favorite booster. Blast into space!!

Cruise is equipped with two Twitch engines and a small amount of OX for autonomous de-orbiting. For some cargos, you may need to plan to enter retrograde still on top of your booster.

Once re-entry is complete, spool up the twin Wheelseys and watch her cruise! Service ceiling is approx. 6km with a speed in the range of 150-200 m/s. Range is phenomenal.
