Goes to space on a recoverable Creeper lifter.
No RCS, so docking is similar to throwing a spear! Be gentle, please.
Advisory: Kerbal heads do tend to explode after lift-off! Do check your helmets are fastened, kerbals!
Lift-off:
- SAS Hold
- Ignition
- 30 m/s: SAS Sfc Prograde
- raise AP to 75-80km
- 70km: jettison fairing; set [B] spoilers
- circularize, jettisoning S1 upon exhaustion
- switch back to S1 to ride & recover
Will return to the Kerbin surface (with at least the kerbal intact; [P] chute). Reserve some fuel for touchdown…
