A moderately-sized fuel tender for the orbital lanes: Bowser. (Not to be confused with my Bowser in the SPH).

Fuel capacity is 7,830 LF, 7,920 OX and 1,650 MP.

Retro RCS is accomplished via Twitch-switching [0]. Features an Omnidock.

Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.11.2.

Ascent:

• SAS Sfc Radial Out; 2/3rd throttle; ignition
• 20 m/s, pitch down 5 deg; SAS Sfc Pro; full throttle
• raise AP:75 km
• 60km, jettison nose cone
• 70 km, engage spoilers [B]
• use AP-t = (2100 - ORB speed) / 45 / 2 to determine init of circ burn (~15s, but watch time-to-AP)
• raise orb speed to 2,100 and then jettison S1 Mammoth stage
• circularize
• set return alarm; switch back to S1 for ride & recovery
