A stock rocket called Bootstrap. Built with 62 of the finest parts, its root part is mk1pod.v2.
I played with this novel system as a solution for boot-strapping a Kerbin comms relay network when other ground stations
are not available, including when it is not desired to rely either on Larkes (@ Woomerang) or the Desert base.
