Description
1:engine 2:chute
A vertical lander named Bee.
It was supposed to look as in the below images, but KSP obstructed the hatch
– maybe an overweight test pilot.
It’s a tail-dragger: retract the gear after attaining 28 m/s; lift-off about 40. Landing is quick: barrel up to your parking spot and throw the chute. Use the joystick to hold flat for the landing but you can use thrust and stick to somewhat control the approach to the touch-down.
290 m/s @ 400m. 305 m/s @ 5km yielding a range of 540 km. 293 m/s @ 6.7 km for 620 km.
Built in the KSP 1.11.2 SPH with 15 stock parts.
