I saw people building massive propeller aircraft, so I decided to join in by making the TB-3! If you see me make an I-15/ I-16 next, you know exactly what I’m doing ;D This is my first time making thick wings as well! I’m honestly surprised this thing even flies! The craft has a top speed pretty close to the original (196km/h) at about 168km/h. Doesn’t carry bombs yet.
Instructions
1: Decouple the propellers from the craft
2: Turn on SAS for the main craft, but not the propeller
3: Switch to propellers (using [ ] keys)
4: Hold down ALT + E until the roll meter is completely to the right (Do this for all propellers)
5: Wait until the aircraft takes off
6: Fly like normal, but avoid dipping below 20m/s.
Top Speed: 46.6m/s
Top Speed (in a dive): 72.4m/s, however around 60m/s is the safe limit.
Takeoff Speed: 29m/s
Stall speed: around 20m/s
Climb-rate: 5-7m/s
Hope you enjoy some Russian Bias!
