Hello! It’s been a while (I’ve been playing too much War Thunder). I’m incredibly happy with this replica of the Swordfish. I had made a couple Swordfishes prior to this one, but they weren’t very good. I’ve equipped this one with a torpedo that basically does nothing! It looks cool when it (almost never) works though!
Instructions
1: Decouple the propeller from the craft and the launch clamps.
2: Turn on SAS for the main craft, but not the propeller
3: Switch to propeller (using [ ] keys)
4: Hold down ALT + E until the roll meter is completely to the right
5: Wait until the aircraft takes off
6: Fly like normal, but avoid dipping below 20m/s.
Top Speed: 55-60m/s (sea level)
Top Speed (in a dive): 100-120m/s
Stall Speed: about 20-24m/s
Takeoff Speed: around about 27-30m/s
Climb Rate: 5-10m/s
Torpedo Drop instructions
1: Fly nice and level at about 10m altitude
2: Turn on the ‘brakes’ to slow down to about 40-50m/s
2: Slowly decrease altitude to about 5m
3: Pull up slightly before hitting the water and at the same time, drop the torpedo.
4: Hope it worked.
-It probably only works like 25% of the time, so just turn on infinite crash damage and unbreakable joints
-It’s not going to damage anything
