［日本語］HFI-62SAMD ネオ・レグルス IV（武装型） は、ホクシン重工業（HHI）株式会社が開発及び実用化した、2機目の第6世代戦闘機であるHFI-62S ネオ・レグルス IV（未公開のHPRFI-45 プロト・レグルス II とHPRFI-48 プロト・レグルスIII は試作のみ）の改良型に、武装をしたものです。

本機は、先代のHFI-15 レグルスIと同程度のステルス性を有しており、他方で運動性能は大幅に向上しました。また、最大航続距離も、レグルス I の実測値2700kmに対して、実測値4000kmと大幅に向上しています。

武装は全てMOD「BDArmory」を使用し、固定武装として20mm機関銃を採用しています。また、ステルス性を確保したウェポンベイには3発のミサイルが搭載でき、両翼下にもミサイルレールの取り付けとミサイル搭載が可能です。

無人戦闘機である、HD-7AMD デネボラ I（武装型）やHD-8SAMD ネオ・デネボラ II（武装型）と連携した戦闘も可能です。

[English] HFI-62SAMD NEO Regulus IV Armed is an armed version of the second 6th-generation fighter HFI-62S NEO Regulus IV developed and put to practical use by Hokushin Heavy Industries (HHI) Co., Ltd. (HPRFI-45 Proto Regulus II and HPRFI-48 Proto Regulus III are made as prototypes and unpublished).

This fighter is as stealthy as its predecessor, HFI-15 Regulus I, and has significantly improved maneuverability. It also has improved maximum cruising distance, with a measured distance of 4,000 km compared to Regulus I’s measured distance of 2,700 km.

All armaments are provided by BDArmory. A 20mm machine gun Vulcan is used as the fixed armament. In addition, three missiles can be mounted in the stealthy fuselage weapon bay, and missile rails can be mounted and missiles can be mounted under both wings.

This fighter is also capable of coordinated combat with unmanned fighter (so-called Loyal Wingman) HD-7AMD Denebola I Armed or HD-8SAMD NEO Denebola II Armed.

If you swap the default engine (J-X4 from Stock) with one that has wet mode, you can use this Action Group for switching engine mode.

本機の設計は、YF-23から着想を得ています。
The design of this fighter is inspired by YF-23 (but it’s not a replica of YF-23).
