Taking heavy inspiration from the Boeing 2707, I made a swing wing Super Sonic transport in KSP. It was fun, wings worked, had a rover you could eject at top speed designed to climb mountains. However, the aircraft itself felt off in looks. After the success of the of the LAS 355, Thank you everyone for all the nice comments :), I felt could take another go at a swing wing SST. Well I’ll be, wait, I don’t have a southern accent, how do I say it… uhhh. HOT DAMN, is that still southern? idk, you get the memo, I am happy with this design. 2 unlocks the wings and 1 swings em. She can hit Mach 3.5 at altitude (15km). When ejecting the built in payload (the rover and small ground station) be sure to briefly throttle down.
