Description

A stock aircraft called Electroprop (sm) -1. Built with 116 of the finest parts, its root part is Mark2Cockpit.

The Electroprop series consists of gradual advancements in electric motor and bearing design. The (sm) indicates 0.625 m components. The motors are intended to fit in a Mk 2 Cargo Bay or 2.5 m Service Bay, though the propellers do stick out. The motors are field-replaceable and I’m working on a way to make the blades field-reparable. This twin has fairly neutral handling even with SAS OFF, with a slight rise to the nose at speed. Lift off occurs around 18 m/s, and top speed on early (pre-optimization) flights is around 57 m/s. STALL PERFORMANCE NOT YET TESTED!

Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.2.2.
