Description

A stock rocket called Laythe Submarine. Built with 333 of the finest parts, its root part is Decoupler.1.

Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.9.1.

How to get to orbit (3500m/s/s dV):
Before launch, add at least 1 pilot to the PPD-12 Cupola Module.
Activate SAS.
Throttle up to full thrust.
Press SPACE.
In the first few seconds, pitch forward a little bit.(~2,3 degree)
At 1000 m switch SAS from stability assist to prograde.
Stage when fuel is out in the side fuel tanks.
Then change navball mode from surface to orbit (SAS should remain in prograde), and throttle down to 0%.
When to solid rockets are out, throttle up to full thrust, then stage, then pitch to and stay in between 0 and 10 degree.
Activate RCS if necessery!
When apolapsis is above 75km throttle down to 0% and get to space.
Circularize around Kerbin. Stage 6 should have more than 800m/s dV.

How to get to Jool and Laythe (4000m/s/s dV):
Use stage 7 to leave Kerbin, maybe a little bit of stage 6.
Use stage 6 and 5 to reach Jool and Laythe.
Make sure, to leave enough fuel to a deorbit burn if necessery.
Stage 5 is part of the aerobraking so do not decouple it!

How to land:
Aim to water.
Dive into the atmosphere (periapsis: ~25km), with a maximum speed of 2700m/s.
Go prograde.
At 8-9000m deploy fairing by staging then stage again (the transfer stage, nervs, etc.).
Deploy parachutes.
At 20m, activate stage 1 to slow down.
When all parachute disapear, activate stage 0.
