Action groups:
1: switch rapier mode
2: toogle rapier engines
3: toogle nerv engine
4: toogle solar array

How to get to orbit:
Before launch, add at least 2 kerbals (min. 1 pilot and 1 engineer) to the MK2 Inline Cockpit.
Activate SAS.
Throttle down to zero.
Stage.
Deactivate the nervs by AG3.
Throttle up to full thrust then stage the solid fuel booster.
Take off.
Stage to detach the empty solid fuel booster.
When reached 400m/s pitch up to 10 degree.
At 12000 m activate the nervs by AG3.
At 22000 m switch rapier mode by AG1.
When the side fuel tanks run out of oxidizer stage to detach them.
When apolapsis is above 75km throttle down to 0% and get to space.
Circularize around Kerbin using the engine you like.

At this point you need to refuel. The best option os Minmus.

How to get to Minmus:
It does not matter if you use the nervs first and then the rapiers or vice versa or use them together, the craft has enough fuel to reach and land on Minmus.
Open the service bay and extend the 2 radiators if you use nerv for a longer time.

What to refuel:
If 3780m/s/s of dV is enough to you, than fill the craft with liquid fuel, oxidiser and ore completly.
If you want 4170m/s/s of dV instead, drain all the oxidiser and fill the craft with liquid fuel and ore only.

How to refuel:
Open the service bay and extend the 2 radiators.
Toogle solar array by AG4.
Deploy and start the drill.
Start the Convert-O-Tron 250.
Timewarp…

How to get to Jool and Laythe:
Based on the deltaV map you need maximum 3500m/s/s of dV to get to Layhte. You can do it! ;)

How to land:
Move the fuel to the nose of the craft.
Retach all solar arrays, radiators and the antenna. Close the service bay door.
Dive into the atmosphere (periapsis: ~25km), preferably from low Laythe orbit.
Stay close to prograde, preferably above it by a few degree. (Or the 2 solar array at the back may explode.)
Deactivate the nervs by AG3, activate the rapiers by AG3 and switch rapier mode by AG1.
Do not land in water.
When the craft stops, extend the ladder from the left Big S Spaceplane tail fin.
