K-97 Squall

Multipurpose light coaxial rotor compound helicopter.

Fast and agile with enough power and space to comfortably seat 4 kerbals or carry a couple tons of cargo.

Instructions for flight:

Press AG 1 to toggle fuel cells.
Control main rotor lift and control authority with translate up/down (I/K)
Control Pusher propeller pitch with translate left/right (J/L)
Control main rotor and pusher propeller torque with main throttle.
Control main rotor brakes with AG 2 and brakes for the pusher propeller with AG 3.
Control compartment doors with AG 5.
Control landing leg locks with AG 0 (lock prior to landing).
At maximum torque, lift will occur at approximately two degrees.
Flying with main rotor only, top speed is approximately 45 m/s. Do not exceed main rotor deploy angle of 7 degrees.
When using the pusher propeller, reduce main rotor control to less than one degree at speeds above 50 m/s. Cruise speed is achieved with 25 degree deploy angle. Maximum speed is approximately 145 m/s.
