Berehynia Mobile Base w/ rocket built with 211 parts. this is the Berehynia Mobile Base but now with rockets! The launch system has 3908 m/s ∆v in the first stage and 2323 m/s ∆v in the seconds stage, and enough TWR to land you an almost all of the moons and some planets (you may need to re-fuel at Minmus for some encounters). For information regarding the base itself please use the link above to its stand alone craft file.
While no parachutes or heat shields are provided, the craft can withstand kerbin re-entry if you spin it like a rotisserie, to get that nice and even cooking (This test was done at an entry speed of 2500 m/s -ish).
Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.3.0.
