For normal takeoff, with droptank and undercarriage: She’ll glitch around a bit as she spawns, so you’ll have to align her with the runway again. Enable SAS, then full throttle. Drop undercarriage at 150m/s - more than just a few m/s less will cause a crash. After takeoff, raise the flaps (elevator is set as flap to push tail down during takeoff - not sure if still nessecary, changed the undercarriage a bit since I set that up).
For VTO: You’ll need to modify her a bit (rename so you don’t lose the normal version): remove drop tank, rotate cockpit 90°, extend gear legs (located inside fuselage), and disable the elevator flaps. Then you just need to enable SAS, throttle up, wait a bit, raise the gear, and, once you’ve gained some alt, push the nose down (you can also push the nose down slowly, to take off without having to climb as much - but that’s more risky/difficult).
For VL, using chutes: Reduce speed to less than 200m/s, deploy chutes, point retrograde during touchdown (with SAS on normal - having SAS on retrograde may cause her to fall over). Keep in mind that you’ll need a flat surface, at least if you want to take off again. Also, you’ll need to use throttle to slow down some more, if you still have fuel left. Try to touch down at less than 7m/s, just to be safe. About 10m/s may lead to the gear getting damaged, preventing it from being retracted again, more than about 15m/s may lead to the engine being destroyed.
For VL, without chutes/precision landing: Fly her in a 90° climb, and reduce throttle so you lose alt. Make sure you don’t fly retrograde too fast, or she may flip (don’t press x. Takes too long to throttle back up again). Use SAS Retrograde to kill all non-vertical speed. Then tilt nose towards your target. If you need to correct course, or are above your target, use SAS retrograde again to stop, then correct course, or slowly decent.
Update: At full fuel load it is not as easy to do that. You'd need to fly at sea level, and at about 120km/h, then pull up while throttling up to keep speed. Then, once climbing steep enough, cut throttle and hope you aren't too high yet. Else you will climb to alts at which you do not have a TWR of 1 : 1, and will fall too fast to slow down in time.
