Description

A stock aircraft called Goose x. Built with 108 of the finest parts, its root part is mk3Cockpit.Shuttle.

Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.2.2.

Update of the Goose X re-usable high altitude release shuttle. Can ferry 4 passengers and 2 crew to low orbit, and return carrier and shuttle to KSC greatly reducing costs.

Take off speed 65m/s, climb at 10-15* all the way up. Best to release shuttle at 15*. Release and ignite engines, should be hands off all the way up. Accelerate until leaving atmosphere, immediately switch to goose (If you loose the Goose before you can switch try pitching up slightly after release to climb out faster). Apply brakes and nose down, begin turn back to KSC, remain at high altitude. Gun it all the way back, air brakes and flaps allow for high deceleration. Final approach <100m/s. Switch back to shuttle and verify proper control from point, sometimes switches to docking port.

RCS has been added with a couple other slight tweaks, pictures don’t show these changes.
