Flight Time 140minutes (ish)
Max take off weight 55.9T
(I doubled the weight of all the over powered engines in airplane plus for more realistic performance)

A mod aircraft called B-27 Citadel. Built with 324 of the finest parts, its root part is structuralIBeam3.

Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.9.1.

The B27 is a heavy Bomber developed at the end of WW2 (Fall of Kerbin) capable of delivering large bomb loads to a target at huge distances whilst protecting herself with 5 defensive turrets.

The B27 can fly easily for 140 minutes with a full fuel load even with a full payload of bombs. Due to this she is very sluggish on Take Off and during her initial climb but once she gets above 6.5km the Silver Crow’s (engines) Turbo Chargers will kick and she will fly like a dream, capable of cruising upwards of 160m/s (or slower if you want to further increase her range) and climbing up to 12km, out of reach of most enemy fighters.

Flight Manual:

To take off increase power to full and wait for the tail to lift up at around 30m/s
Once at 55m/s slowly pull back and keep the nose up at 10 degrees and hit G to retract the landing gear
Once the landing gear has retracted hit 0 to close the landing gear doors
As soon as the aircraft is safely away from the ground lower the nose until you reach a speed of 70m/s
Once at 70m/s slowly raise the nose to maintain the 70m/s climb speed
Once above 6.5km the engine output will jump up and you are free to climb steeper, manoeuvre or cruise

It is recommended that landings are done with long slow approaches, if you don’t rush the approach she will land like butter.
