5. Put two pairs of rudders, each pair consists of different sizes and shapes.

Long Story, No Short
Elon Musk met us at a Cafe in Kerbin City and stated his worries of his BFR Starship not safe enough for a huge multitude of flimsy passengers consisting of a majority of them not astronauts. We then thought some legitimate idea of putting the wings of an Antonov An-225 Mriya they coincidentally have in their storage and forgetting to put it on the second in-construction unit. We then bought two pairs of GE90-94B from General Electric themselves and began building and insulating the nacelle and wings. We then took the rudders from Rockwell International’s disposal, took a pair of wings from a fighter jet in Tucson, AZ, did a lot of work for a week and here you go. A winged BFR Starship.

Fly it as if it’s an SSTO. In fact, this thing can tolerate (Pretty) steep climbs thanks to the high Thrust-To-Weight ratio.
