Description
An upgrade from the E-50A, the NERO (New Engine & Rotor Option) replaces the original Panther powerplants with Wheesleys. While they do not respond to the throttle quite as quickly as the original Panthers,* they are more efficient and allow an additional quarter to half hour of endurance, and (in combination with aerodynamic improvements) allow a 10% increase in max cruise speed.¨¨Action groups:¨¨Stage starts up everything¨¨2 toggles engines¨¨3 toggles heavylift¨¨4 toggles ladders¨¨5 toggles cargo hook lock¨¨9 toggles rotor locks (locking prevents the rotors from breaking on timewarp)¨¨*For this reason the original Panther powered E-50A will remain in production
