Welcome to the Eric Johnson Aerospace Divisions K-31XB. The Type-31 series of aircraft is a tilt-engine VTOL supersonic airliner. That’s right! The engines can rotate on this craft to make the craft HOVER. The aircraft can then transition to horizontal flight.
DISCLAIMER This aircraft is EXTREMELY hard to fly. Inexperienced pilots WILL crash this aircraft.
How to operate the K-31! To activate the K-31’s tilt engine articulation simply hit the ‘1’ action group. You need to keep hitting 1 repeatedly to get ALL docking ports to unlatch. Once all ports are unlatched, you can use the [ and ] to switch to the engine controls, which will now be a separate vehicle. YOU NEED TO IMMEDIATELY SWITCH TO THE ENGINES AFTER SEPARATION AND THROTTLE THEM BACK UP. Undocking them causes them to throttle down. Once you get the engines back up to power, you can initiate engine rotation.
Action Group ‘0’ controls the flaps.
