A mod aircraft called KSAR Hooker MK2/1. Built with 120 of the finest parts, its root part is Size3MediumTank.

Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.3.0.

The Hooker class was based on the reliable Bacchus, with the plan of creating a lighter, more versatile lineup.
The KSAR Hooker, criticized by some for it’s name, laughed at by others and nick named by Jeb as the QuackQuack is the first with the main role of search and rescue. It’s main mission is go up, grab whatever is floating about with or without someone inside, and bring it back down. Simple. It can do so all way out to the Mun and Minmus, and with some skill, on one full tank. Depending on the circumstances, of course.

The MK2/1 is the result of a recent overhaul, aimed to solve the issues with the old design. As a bonus, an AFT set of landing legs and lights were added for vertical landing support, and an Aerospike to assist with liftoff in low gravity. A winch was added to the quack bay to allow for surface retrievals (as long as the engineer remembers to take a screwdriver and a CC-R2 connector port). (Note: the quack bay should be flipped for surface retrievals, so it becomes a ramp)

The trial rescue mission was recorded, and is available as a showcase of its capabilities.
