A mod Multirole craft called KDSR Stargazer MK2. Built with 321 of the finest parts, its root part is M2X.DropshipCockpit.

Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.3.0.

This multi role explorer craft was specifically designed to launch, transfer to and operate autonomous within Duna SOI. It is capable of powered landing and take off to orbit on Duna. Atmospheric flight other then to achieve orbit is limited, but possible.
It can easily operate within Kerbin SOI.
It has also been somewhat tested for the same role within Jool SOI, but requires some modifications. With current configuration it is capable of landing on Laythe and has limited flight capability, but not enough D/V to get back to orbit and go somewhere else, so Laythe is a one way trip.

Wheel mounts have been greatly reinforced. Flat tires may happen, but it’s quite hard to completely break a wheel off. Safe surface speed on Duna up to 45 m/s.

To operate within Kerbin SOI, feel free to remove unnecessary parts like wings and parachutes.
