Description
When Carapax Aerospace Technologies requested a rover for their ILIAD program, they didn’t just mean any old rover. They needed a Colony Service Vehicle, capable of supporting all the complex needs of a colony.
The Platypus 8x8 Utility configuration is the most beefed up version of the Platypus yet. While there’s only space for two drivers, the remaining crew space was sacrificed in favour of unrivalled power generation. This power is crucial when towing power-hungry trailers, and when other power sources are unavailable at the colony. The small side ports offer storage slots while the flatbed offers support for both gooseneck- and hitched trailers.
