A tilt-wing SSTO capable of entering LKO with about 4200 m/s of deltaV. Crew capacity of 6, along with mining and a full science suite.
Admittedly the SSTO has somewhat poor TWR, so vertical lift works mostly on low gravity planets like Minimus or the Mun.
A stock aircraft called Vertigull I. Built with 135 of the finest parts, its root part is mk2Cockpit.Standard.
Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.12.2.
