The Moon Bug is a rover that has the ability to refuel itself while on lunar/munar excursions. It contains forward and rear facing RCS engines for added control of lateral velocity’s and RCS VTOL engines for gaining altitude/landing.
WARNINGS 1 Moon Bug will travel at over 30m/s surface speed quite easily, wheels don’t like to be over 30/ms. Do the math. 2 The “front' of the craft is the ore scanner. The reaction wheels are set up so the craft pushes down on the the front while accelerating. If in fear of tipping over, just tap the brakes as this will pull the rear of the craft down.
3 Feel free to turn the rear 2 SAS units back on, it might even help as it feels sluggish in flight otherwise.
