The only solution to EVE’s high gravity is more wheels and even more wheel! But hold on minute, we are not using those wheel to propel it forward, not when we can harness the thick dense atmosphere with a set of propellers!

Crank up that throttle and this thing can even climb those 30-degree-slopes!

Press R to go even faster (caution, wheels might break if run off of a cliff)
Press 3 to reverse the direction of the fans
Press 6, 7 and 8 to mine and refuel itself or another craft

Seaplanes are a must if you plan on sending those Kerbonauts off to EVE. There is nothing faster than flying around. Or, at least keep them entertained so they won’t go nuts after realizing they have been stranded on the purple marble indefinitely.

What’s that plane in the background you say? Yet another seaplane! This bad boy however, functions as a base in its own right. Mining, ISRU, science modules… If you can manage to get it through the atmosphere without burning its wings up, you might not even need the big rover at all.

At the end of the day, not every planet has an atmosphere. In that case, one can never go wrong with a classic MEB. Basically the same rover, but it’s got some different wheels on. Bigger wheels handle low gravity better, don’t you think so?
