Description
This Satellite is used to deliver information and science from almost anywhere, back to Kerbin.
It has 2 Gigantor Solar Arrays for its electricity(obviously), a Fuel Cell Array and a fuel tank for its backup power supply, some science instruments for whatever you want to do, and a docking port just incase a spacecraft cannot transmit their science.
And, I included the lifter which brings it into orbit!

A stock rocket called Orbital Survey Satellite (OSS). Built with 48 of the finest parts, its root part is HECS2.ProbeCore.
Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.5.0.
