We got there first, and now we’re the worst!

The first jetliner of the world. Developed and manufactured by de Havilland, it features a pressurized cabin, large square windows, and most importantly… integrted jet engines in the wing roots. Unfortanately, a design flaw in the windows would lead to metal fatigue over multiple pressurization cycles which would eventually result in a catastrophic depressurization and destruction of the airliner. Though later designs came through with redesigns, it never fully captured back its market share.

A stock aircraft called de Havilland Comet. Built with 645 of the finest parts, its root part is fairingSize1.

Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.12.3.
