I don’t know why this is being detected with a mod I don’t have. It should be stock with DLC. I am having to publish it for now so I can see the parts list to find what is setting KerbalX off.

< Hailstorm Block III >
It’s not a great idea nor is it pheasable to transform the entire air defense fleet into 6th generation fighters, especially when the only one under production and continous development serves a higher and expansive combat role. In the mean time the 5th generation fleet is aging with the Sandstorm line being on the flightline slowly coming to an end. With a refresh for 4th generation fighters and some being new designs, the Hailstorm is recieving heavy updates with Block III with a new powerplant, altered systems and air frames, and more.
Hailstorm Block III improves performance and should allow it to perform better as a multirole platform fit to fill a majority of the 5th gen fleet.

- No G-limiter, reduce control inputs with higher speeds/loads as needed
- Manually lock/unlock wing hinges
- Automatic/joined tilt-engine & liftfan system, use horizontal translation
- Do not use afterburner in VTOL mode range
- Strong pitch forward moment at shallow VTOL positions
