Description

To supplement the fuel is a booster stage which will be launched up with a second Union III Heavy. The upperstage and booster are used to push the vehicle into interplanetary space.
Despite the Commander in Chief continuously giving a large budget to the MSOW Aerospace Division, the actual budget for space exploration is limited due to the majority of the funding being spent on civilian and military aircrafts. For cost reduction, two Union II Heavys will be used with a booster stage.
