Description
MSOW Aerospace Division is beginning steps for permament settlements in the Kerbin system starting with the moon Minmus which has yet to have a surface base of station constructed. MSOW has chosen a permament settelment using a gravity ring that works with the low gravity of Minmus to allow astronauts to return to Kerbin with shorter recovery times.
Much of the budget went into the habitation ring, so the refinery unit and basic utilites were merged into one module.
A stock rocket called Areion MSB Refinery and Utility. Built with 362 of the finest parts, its root part is probeCoreCube.
Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.11.2.
