Description

MSOW Aerospace Division is beginning steps for permament settlements in the Kerbin system starting with the moon Minmus which has yet to have a surface base of station constructed. MSOW has chosen a permament settelment using a gravity ring that works with the low gravity of Minmus to allow astronauts to return to Kerbin with shorter recovery times.

The decision was made to use larger, but still smaller launch vehicles for safety concerns which means the dockable habitation components of the Minmus surface base habitation module will occur in two launches with each carrying eight. They will be flown out to Minmus where it will be constructed and then landed as the first component of the base.
